A warm welcome in Perugia
We arrived to a charming hotel, where Michele greeted us with a warm smile and a cappuccino. The unique decor and comfortable room made us feel right at home.
Unfortunately, the bells from the nearby church rang every hour, disturbing our sleep a few times during the night, making it a tad challenging to rest peacefully.

Here’s the good and the not-so-good
The warmth and hospitality from the family-run team made my stay delightful, with comfortable accommodation just minutes from the city center.
While the decor is charming, the bathrooms could use a refresh for a more pleasant experience.

My recent 2-night stay was very enjoyable. The homemade croissants and cappuccino were delightful, and the location was convenient yet quiet. However, the steep steps to my room were challenging, so keep that in mind if you have mobility concerns. Overall, it's a cozy and friendly place perfect for short stays.

great location but room was a bit small
The hotel boasts a charming, family-run atmosphere that's hard to find. The staff are genuinely friendly, serving you with a warm smile at breakfast, which features an excellent range of options. I particularly enjoyed the Italian-style breakfast, where the coffee was top-notch, including vegan cappuccinos that made my mornings even brighter.
Although the room was cozy, it felt cramped at times during my three-night stay.

Quaint escape in the heart of Perugia
What a lovely little spot in Perugia! Super cozy and family-run, the place feels like home. My room had this comfy vibe with a huge double bed and fresh towels. The breakfast? Classic Italian with some yummy jams! Just know the church bells ring a lot at night, so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper!
